Chinchilla freak.
Some might say I'm a bid morbid, I prefer to think I have a natural look at the world.
Going to get some skinned chinchillas soon, and hope to make a full skeleton - yay.
I also hope I can get some craniums with bad teeth problems in the future...
The positive site about this is, that when people tease me about skinning chinchillas, I'm so much more morbid than they are ;)
Okay, and that's a look into my freaky little chinchilla mind.
Like every body else I have issues.
OMG I'm rambling.
My english is not perfect, but neither is my danish. My german sucks and I would like to learn japanese, spanish and frensh. It would be cool to learn russian or some other gibberish language, but I'm not that mad ;)
I love animated movies. Every thing I can get my hands on. Some say this is something you grow out off, but at 24 it's just getting worse...
So that's a bit of rambling on my side :)

So I was wondering.
Do any of you show your chinchillas?
Here in Denmark the whole chinchilla scene is not that big yet.
We are working on getting out there, but at the moment our shows are relatively small, around 80 animals in a show.
It's actually gone up a bit, from about 60-70 the last couple of years.
Personally, I'm not that much into showing.
I do get what they look for in a good show animal, and I do get the social aspect, it's just too much for me in the long run.

Stupid chinchilla people

First of all - don't get me wrong, I do not hate all Americans.
But DAMN I'm sick of idiotic chinchilla owners, who - for some reason - most of the time comes from the US.
Okay, so you do things a certain way - congrats on that. What ever floats your boat. If you find that this is the best way to keep your chinnies safe, the just keep on doing your thing.
But this does NOT mean it's the only truth.
Some places we do things a lot different that you do - and you know what, our animals are just as healthy and live for just as long as your so.
So stop bitching about things, and try doing some research out side of your stupid little "I'm from

I've just uploaded some pictures of a chinchilla skull, and now I realise how much I miss having my collection around.
Unfortunately we simply do not have the space for any of it at the moment, and I don't think we will get the space, until we move.
